ENTRANCE REINFORCED DOORS
EBANINGA manufactures 3 different types of reinforced doors depending on the safety degree:
- PBA- Double armour-plated reinforced door with agglomerate
- PBM- Double armour-plated reinforced door of wood
The latest:
- PBM 4- Quadruple armour-plated reinforced door of wood
All of them are made by means of smooth and/or moulded finishes of catalogue or by designs of the customer. Total flexibility in sizes ( height, width, thickness) and woods as well as complete mechanizing of boxes for the main steering locks (arcu, sidese, tesa, escurra, mcm, fichet, orengo, azbe, etc.)
A wide experience and specialization allows us to offer:
- Different thichnesses to the 45mm., both inferior and superior.
- Special height and/or width measurements
- Recast designs to a maximum door thichness of 45 mm.
- For double leaf and/or higher fixation, the uniformity in the wood grain both in smooth sides and also in combined sheet ones.
- Boxes for the main steering locks even, if necessary, the edge plating as well as the different holes in two sides for the cylinder and the lever.
- Holes for letterbox or similar
- Electrical wire pre-installation
SOLID AND GLAZED CROSSING DOORS
We offer different manufacturing solutions for crossing doors, both blind and glazed ones.
By means of combining the natural wood sheets and /or marquetry friezes we make available to you innumerable combinations. The most of them are known although some of them are unknown as far as the customer can personalize the door. Again the total flexibility in measurements (height, width, thickness) and woods as well as the mechanizing of boxes for locks (tecnolar, joamper, tesa, etc.).

CUPBOARD DOORS
We use agglomerate or fibre supports, we plate in wood the sides with the necessary designs following the same furnishing than in crossing doors.
We offer options as it is the edge plating and the mechanizing of cup holes among others.Total flexibility in measurements (height, width, thickness) and woods.
SMOOTH AND/OR MOULDED BOARDS
We manufacture them for our doors although you can also find individual ones with total flexibility (height, width, thickness) and woods.
